RC Zone Samobor project’s phase 1 near completion, phase 2 set for 2026

RC Europe is proud to announce that the construction of phase 1 of RC Zone Samobor, Croatia’s largest and most modern logistics and production center, is nearing completion. The project, strategically located in the Bobovica economic zone near the A3 highway and the Slovenian border, encompasses a total area of 170,000 m2, with 86,000 m2 of flexible warehouse and production space.

Set to open on schedule, RC Zone Samobor has already attracted leading tenants, including global logistics provider DB Schenker, along with regional industry leaders Logaritam and Milšped. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to meet the highest sustainability standards, featuring BREEAM certification, a 7 MW rooftop solar power plant, and EV charging stations for trucks and cars.

As we finalize the remaining work on phase 1, we are simultaneously preparing for the launch of phase 2, planned for completion in Q2 2026. This next phase will further expand our capacity and offer advanced infrastructure solutions tailored to the evolving needs of our partners.
