RC Europe is excited to announce that Croatia’s future largest and most modern logistics centre is one step closer to completion. In less than a year, RC Zone Samobor will open its doors, and a new phase of construction has just begun.
We are currently installing prefabricated concrete facade panels that will close the front of our building. This brings us closer to the installation of loading bridges and insulating panels, ensuring energy efficiency and functionality at the highest level.

Although this day falls on 14th April, the entire month of April is actually dedicated to the same goal – to engage as many people as possible and to raise public awareness about the importance of volunteering. Helping and providing support can be something simple – like cleaning nature or a yard, planting trees, donating food and necessities, or simply having conversations and enjoying pleasant company.
RC Europe has joined this praiseworthy initiative and financially supported the ‘Children for a Better World’ association from Samobor, which has been organizing the celebration of International Good Deeds Day across Croatia for the third consecutive year.
We are pleased to have become part of a solidary local community, but also a global family that brings together millions of benefactors worldwide.

RC Europe organized a gathering of its business partners and associates, as well as representatives of local and regional authorities, right next to the construction site in the Bobovica economic zone, to present live its first project in Croatia. The future largest and most modern logistics centre in the country – RC Zone Samobor – will be completed in a year, with the first tenants starting their operations in April 2025.
The highlight of the gathering was the unveiling of the marble foundation stone and the ceremonial planting of linden and oak trees – national symbols of the two friendly countries: the Czech Republic and Croatia. The co-owners of RC Europe Group, Miloslav Hartman and Jan Prokop, along with the entire RC team from Croatia, would like to thank all the guests for their attendance and the excellent atmosphere at the event. Special thanks for their support goes to the special guests – the Czech Ambassador to Croatia, Milan Hovorka, the Deputy Prefect of Zagreb County, Ervin Kolarec, and the Mayor of the City of Samobor, Petra Škrobot.

After the successful completion of all preparatory and earthworks, RC Europe moves on to the next phase of construction, in which the RC Zone Samobor project literally grows upwards!
Currently, with finished reinforced concrete works on inner foundation footings inside of the object, we are in full swing on the foundation footings for the façade columns of the building with total number of 120 façade columns. RC team is also continuously working on montage works on prefabricated structure. At the moment, there are 39 columns placed and we are looking forward to start of works on installation of roof layers.
At the same time, we are also constructing a grounding system beneath the floor slab, which will ensure maximum safety for our centre. Follow us as we build the future of logistics in Croatia and beyond.
RC Europe is proud to announce a new business collaboration with another significant tenant of storage spaces within its future largest logistics centre in Croatia.
It’s the Milšped Group, which for 30 years has been providing modern logistics and transportation services in 14 countries across 3 continents. Although Milšped Croatia already owns an impressive warehouse in Sveta Nedelja, with this new partnership they will significantly expand their current capacities with new ones within the RC Zone, in the nearby Bobovica economic zone.

At RC Europe, we are busily filling modern business and warehouse spaces within the future largest logistics centre in Croatia – RC Zone Samobor.
We are pleased to announce that a business agreement has been reached that one of the tenants will be another significant player in the logistics sector – Logaritam!
Their team of experienced experts has been offering warehousing services, warehouse handling, national distribution, and international shipping services to the market for fifteen years. Although they currently use five warehouse buildings in three locations, we are proud that they chose RC Zone in the economic zone of Bobovica as their new, additional location.
We thank Logaritam for that and we wish them to continue providing support to their clients just as successfully, but also because they participate in the growth and development of the Croatian logistics sector.

Samobor is not only hosting this oldest and most famous event in the city and beyond, but will soon also be home to the largest logistics centre in Croatia – RC Zone Samobor. With a rich program culminating in the burning of Prince Fašnik, we symbolically cleanse the year of negative influences.

DB Schenker, present in over 150 countries with more than 2,000 offices and around 74,500 employees, is synonymous with excellence in providing transportation and logistics services. Their expertise in global land, air and sea transportation, as well as related logistic services, significantly contributes to global trade and production. They have been present in Croatia since 1994, and from next year they will further improve their operations within the largest logistics centre in Croatia – RC Zone Samobor. Its location in the Bobovica economic zone near Samobor is also the intersection of the main Western European routes (towards Slovenia, Austria, and Italy) making it ideal for trade and logistics.
